Why does ebay NOT send me an email when I sold an item? In the past year 3 times I have not

received an email, telling me an item has sold.One buyer had to write me, why haven't you sent it. another I caught before it was too late, and the latest I happened to check my ebay listings, 2 days late, and catch a sale. I put "tickets" in with ebay the first 2v times. They assured me they fixed. But it just happened again. How can you sell with this nonsense?

The problem may not even be eBay, it may be your email service provider. Regardless, as already mentioned, you should be checking your account at least once a day EVERY day to see if you have business to take care of.

Ebay likes to see daily activity on an account. That includes logging in at least once a day.

Ebay may have said they put a ticket in to fix the notifications, but Sellers cannot rely on that. Especially when it can have a serious impact on your Account.

@core-carol I would not rely on eBay here. You have a business on eBay with 162 items listed. It is up to you to log in once or twice a day to check on your business.
