Why does eBay not give sellers a summary of total taxes collected total fees charged and total profi
Summary: tommy4972 raised a question about why eBay does not provide sellers with a summary of total taxes collected, total fees charged, and total profit. wooden_flower responded to this query, but the content of their response is not provided.
Ebay makes it impossible to receive a summary of total taxes collected total fees charged and total profits made for a year they separated the different fees they charge so no one can see the total amount they take from each transaction is way to much for simply allowing someone to post items on there site sellers are being charged 1/3 or more for each sale but eBay brakes up the fees so they look like smaller amounts instead of making the fees one charge so sellers can clearly see the total amount they are being charged is closer to 1/3 or more and they take part of the shipping cost witch is in no way a part of the actual sale they can put together every single penny from the sale but the can't put together all the fees from each sale so sellers can clearly see there being charged more than they should for nothing as well as I in no way have seen any increase in views on my items from promoting them than before I promote the items and there graphics show 2/3 of my items views are non promoted but for some reason 99% of my sold item say sold through promoted items so I guess only people looking only buy promoted items and when non promoted items have 3 time's the views than the promoted ones how exactly is that possible am I the only seller this is happening to or is it more that eBay is scamming the seller and only allowing people to buy prompted items

Your one long paragraph is too hard to read.
If what you want is a summary of sales, fess, taxes, try the financial overview report - the pdf is totals, the csv is the details https://www.ebay.com/mes/report-landing?sh=true
Buyers can purchase unpromoted items. I generally try to stay away from promoted items since I know the sellers are paying more fees and passing that on in the pricing.
You might also want to look at the sales performance graphs and charts here - https://www.ebay.com/sh/performance/sales
