why does ebay no longer have customer service or at least chat with agent
does anyone know why ebay doesnt have customer service anymore or at least the option to chat with a live agent? Furthermore, every time it says to send an email, they dont respond. I send 7 emails over the past ten days with no response. Thanks in advance for anyone who can help me get in touch with someone there.

Mentor3 years agoeBay has both chat and a call back option. They don't have an email address for support.
At the link below, you can request a call back from eBay by clicking Have us call you on the left side of the page. If you don't see that option, click Chat with our automated assistant. Then type "agent" at the bottom in the chat box. You'll see an option to request a call back there.
