WHY DOES EBAY MAKE IT INSANELY DIFFICULT TO GET ASSISTANCE???

Ship label has issue and ebay refuses to assist with this as all they have is the mindless chat bot that my 6 year old great nephew is smarter than the automated chat nut

The ship label for item I sold would not print due to the ship to street address is a bit odd. USPS wouldn't print either when I entered as buyer entered along with what I found in online searches for it. Chat bot does not have a way to help people as it only posts the help pages over and over... After many tries thru chat bot I it finally set up for me to get a call. When finally came It was buyer area not seller so that rep connected me to seller agent. They put me on hold to find some info then the call disconnected. Then ebay kept calling back like 3 times and there was nobody there. Then FOUR more times I tried to get call, next one after I explained the rep hung up. Same thing, bunch of calls from ebay with nobody there. Buyer said address legit and got ebay items before. Finally after WAYYY TOO MUCH TIME TRYING TO GET HELP FROM EBAY WHICH I NEVER GOT, I went to the post office and the gal there was so nice, she finally figured it out. Somehow the OO was being read (or maybe typed in that way) as zeros, but they needed to be the letters of O, not zeros 0 so she did label there. So on ebay since they make it hard to get human assistance its every man for himself as they say. Have a great week!

Is it the size of the label? The cost?
