Why does eBay lie about the glitch that changes shipping to free shipping ?
Tired of it. 50% of my sales are items that are heavy. Items that I would never do free shipping because the cost to ship would vary greatly depending on if I was shipping to Chicago vs shipping to California.

Mentor2 years agoYou have listed all of your items with Free Shipping. You'll need to revise them to turn that setting off.

I have sold on eBay since the 90s. I specifically set it up with calculated shipping. But then weeks later someone buys it and pays no shipping.
More denials from eBay et al.

Mentor2 years agoAs I mentioned in my previous response... YOU set up your listings with free shipping. If you don't revise them, then your buyers will not be charged with shipping.
You may have set up your class of service, etc., but you also checked the box to offer free shipping. When you click Edit to revise your listings, you need to uncheck that box to remove the free shipping.
