Why does ebay leave scammers like muha_126025 they are suppose to protect buyers
So I bought protein shakes from this seller. For a month it went back and forth. It was shipped then there was a problem with there shipping. Seller above they wont let me post it here . Then they said you would receive it in 3 to 4 days never came so I open a non received claim. I leave neg feedback. To hopefully help others not to get the same scam. eBay said at first they received tracking after i placed my claim. Thank god for pics the pic shows a prime envelope with a small little box and not my front portch. So the fake tracking number was to my town but ups said its not in your name and weight is under 1 pound but cant tell me where it was delivered cause it was not my address or my name. 3 cases of shakes is 33,5 lbs. so I contact ebay to show them the truth I said just read there feedback. And the while thing with pic ups said it was not to me so they had them refund me. So they remove the neg feedback from this scummy person and just put refunded. Show how many refunds for this reason. So they stay above 80 percent and can keep up ripping people off I just checked there still doing it there's more neg feedback eBay protect the buyers I know so many people that wont use ebay cause of them being ripped off you know what's going on fix it. this guys is under 80 percent again. Please do the right thing.Â

Eighty percent is terrible feedback. Why would any buyer choose to do business with a seller with such terrible feedback when there are other, better options available?

Even if the seller had perfect feedback to start with, the seller was clearly an illicit retail drop-shipper at best.

One problem with buying from drop-shippers is that you do not know who they are obtaining their product from, or how. If a seller has chosen a poor outfit, you have a high chance of a bad transaction; if the seller is a scammer or has chosen a scammer posing as a fulfillment service, you may get nothing but false tracking.

Some items cannot be profitably shipped by individuals using retail shipping; if you buy such items on eBay there is a very high chance you are dealing with an illicit retail drop-shipper or a triangulation fraud scammer.
