Why does eBay have the right to bid on stuff and keep bidding it up and bidding it up it is not righ
Then when you do build it up they come along and steal it like my m65 Field jacket that was stolen from eBay

·3 years agoOther people are allowed to bid. They are allowed to bid on the first day. They are allowed to bid in the last second. They are allowed to bid the minimum amount for a new bid as of the time they bid. They are allowed to bid as much as they are willing to pay. They are allowed to bid between those limits. Smart bidders bid as much as they are willing to pay in the last few seconds.
Nobody "stole" anything from you. Until the auction actually ends (not the same as appearing to end based on the feed you are seeing which is NOT real real-time) with you as the highest bidder (meeting any Reserve if applicable) you have NO claim to the item, and even if you win it is not your property until you have paid and it is delivered to the address you give at payment (which is why the seller is liable for loss in transit).

OP3 years agoNo I made an agreement with the guy that only jacket and I paid for it that day then they took it away from me eBay took it was nobody else bidded on it

·3 years agoeBay's regular procedures overrides any "agreement" you might think you have with the seller based on messages between you.
What is the item number? What exact procedure did you use to come to such "agreement"? How, exactly did you pay for it? We are not privvy to what went on between you and the seller and need specifics to have any hope of offering you explanations and/or advice. Without such specifics we can only take wild guesses as to what you mean.

Mentor3 years agoeBay doesn't bid on items, potential buyers do. eBay also doesn't house any merchandise, so your jacket could not have been stolen from them.
I suspect what you wrote is not what you meant to write, but I'm not able to guess what problem you are having.
