Why does eBay continue to support bad sellers?
Multiple complaints about sellers selling items that they do not have in stock
telling me they ship them when all they’ve done is create a shipping label
orders over 30 days old that have not been shipped
orders that are checked off as sold over 30 days old that have not been shipped.
Why does eBay continue to support bad sellers?

When you place an order and you do not receive it and the estimated date of delivery has passed, you can file a Refund Request. If your Refund Request is approved, Ebay will assess a defect on the sellers account.
You should also be able to leave appropriate feedback for the seller.
