Why does eBay charge different amount for a flat rate envelope to different locations when flat rate
USPS flat rate used to be the same anywhere in US, USPS says it still is, so why does eBay charge different amounts for flat rate envelopes to different places?

Mentor5 months agoI looked at some of your listings. There is a flat rate priority envelope and there is also a flat rate priority legal envelope, as well as a flat rate priority padded envelope. Each charges a different price. Since you also ship internationally, I saw that the prices changed depending on the country.
