Why does Ebay allow criminals to sell on Ebay forum?
I ordered an item from a seller in this Ebay forum on November 3 2023.
The seller received the funds. The seller has not shipped item.
The seller has not provided tracking information.
The seller does not respond.
There is nothing in the seller's inventory.
How is it that this person can receive funds via Ebay, but the buyer can't receive the item from seller?
Why is ebay allowing criminal activity to be conducted on their forum?
Refund me immediately and hold accountable the seller who is using your forum for criminal activity.

Mentor2 years agoeBay does not "allow" criminal activity on the site. When they are aware of it, they stop it.
You have eBay's Money Back Guarantee if you don't receive your item.
When it's past the estimated delivery date shown in your Purchase History, you have up to 30 days to use the option next to the transaction to open a case for an item not received. The seller will have 3 business days to prove delivery or refund. If he doesn't, go back to the case on day 4 and use the option to ask eBay to step in. They will force the refund.
