Why does Ebay allow buyers with 40 and more retracted bids to bid on items?
Looks a lot like shill bidding to me.

·2 years agoHi @tekkie210 that would be against eBay's bid retraction guidelines. It's not a matter of they are being allowed, but a matter of time before they are penalized by eBay. I would contact eBay to inform them asap
