Why does E bay allow a seller to wait 15 days before mailing an item out?
I purchased a ring on June 20 th and I have not received it yet. I put in a request and E bay told me to wait until the 6th of July. I waited until the 8 th and still have received nothing. I called E bay back and they told me to wait 10 more days. This is why E bay is doing so poorly. Who wants to be told to wait just to be told to wait again?? I really dislike E bay now. The Seller should not be allowed to wait 15 days to mail something out.
