eBay's Shop More, Pay Later option allows Qualified buyers to hold off on paying for items for up to seven days. That does not affect you, because you do not have to ship until you are paid for the combined invoice you send them.

If I understand what you are referring to it would be having Auto-pay turned ON for Auction and Offers near the bottom of this page Buyer management | eBay plus you offer Combined shipping. If that is the case eBay lets Buyers shop for 7 more days after winning one Auction. Their thinking is that Buyer may want to take advantage of Combined shipping and buy more items. That basically gives them 7 days to pay.
I have Auto-pay turned OFF but I do offer Combined shipping that does not happen on my account.
