Why do you have to sign in to see your acount when you are already signed in??
I am trying to check my seller's account, but every step I take, I have to enter my password! When I do it says "invalid"!! I am already signed in to eBay, so what's the deal??

Mentor2 years agoTry another browser. If that works better, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies in the original browser. Sometimes a corrupt cookie can cause sign-in problems.
If you use a different browser for each account, you can stay signed to different accounts at the same time without needing to sign out to switch.

OP2 years agoI have actually thought about going to a different browser, all together, for a couple reasons!! I use Firefox, and it seems to be non-responsive/terribly slow, too, at times, but maybe it's just what I have open?? Thank you!

Are you using an ad blocker? If so, and you are noticing eBay is slow when searching, try temporarily disabling your ad blocker to see if that makes a difference. If so, you may be able to disable a particular filter and still block ads on eBay.

Mentor2 years agoEvery once in a while, ebay wants me to sign in again. Not sure why. ebay does maintenance on Thursdays, so maybe something got switched on, or changed.

OP2 years agoWell, I know it's not as good as it used to be, in my opinion, so there may be something with the maintenance! Thank you!!!
