Why do we have to accept returns when the imperfections in vintage garments are clearly noted ?
I had a return from a buyer that was very much aware of the small water marks on a leather jacket that's over 50 years old. I clearly stated that in the description. I also had marked that I don't accept returns but she requested a return saying the garment was damaged when it was exactly as described & pictured. Is this normal?

Having a "No Returns" policy is like having a target on your back. This allows the buyer to return an item on your dime if there is some reason they do not like it.
You are always better off having some kind of return policy so you might be able to require the buyer to pay the return shipping charge.
