Why do we chase our tails when trying to contact customer service? It should be direct and easy.

I have an IT problem when researching prices.

When I research what an item sells for from

my active list others items come up that are

not even close to the item I have listed.

However, when I copy and paste my listing

heading in Search lots of like items come up.

It's always the round about when trying to contact customer service.

I have an Apple computer. There should a special way for sellers with

lots of years and sales in to contact ebay with one click. I find myself

going round and round when trying to contact them. Like you I have over

700 sales. My questions usually do not fit the reference categories they

offer, then I have to click around in a circle a few times to finally get to where

I can message for them to call me.
