Why do sellers keep switching shippers after getting paid?

I seem to be having a long spell of very bad luck buying on eBay. This is because when the seller specifies shipping by US Mail, I provide my PO Box address, where I get all of my deliverables. Then, after getting paid, they switch to either FedEx or UPS without notification.

This is a clear violation of their own contract of sale ,as listed in the auction. It usually delays the delivery by at least a week, and sometimes the item is actually returned to the seller as "undeliverable".

You might think this is a small and very inconsequential problem, not worth complaining about. But not to me. I can not afford to wait two to four weeks for something I need now.

This has happened to me six time in the last two months. So it is now my policy to leave NEGATIVE FEEDBACK for these idiot sellers who can NOT even follow their own stated rules. It seems to me that these sellers don't give a crap about their buyers once they get paid. So they got it coming.

I can not put up with this any longer. So I am going to do far less shopping on eBay. Do you hear me eBay?
