Why do I no longer have the option to promote listings?
I used to be able to choose promote listing for a small fee now I no longer have the option.

If you are referring to an auction listing, eBay eliminated the Promoted Listings Express option on April 15th. In its place will be Promoted Listings Standard. That option to promote auctions will be available on April 29.

Are you trying to promote AUCTION listings?
Express Promotion for auctions has been ended and will be replaced on April 29th with Promoted Listings Standard. This is a good thing! This means that you will not pay fees unless the item sells.
