Why do I keep getting offers for item I’m not watching or that are not on my saved list?
I keep getting email notices for something that is not on my watch list, or saved list. Why and how can I stop it?

Mentor2 years agoeBay allows sellers to send offers to users that have added an item to a Watch List, added an item to a cart, or who have viewed an item listing more than once. The seller does not know anything other than that eBay says an offer can be made.
As far as I know there is no way to distinguish the different cases of offers; the buyer can either enable offers or disable offers, but not pick and choose any specifics beyond that.
You can disable all "Offers to Buyers" in your Communication Preferences under Buying Activity.
