Why do I always get back charged by Fed-x when shipping large boxes.
Typical: I shipped a golf bag. I put in all the correct information. I got a chargeback saying that I owe $35.98 because the weight was different. My bag was 14#, and Fed-X says 43#. No way it could weigh that much. This has happened to me 5 times now. Today I received a chargeback for an irregular-sized package, which was 24"x24"x2". What's irregular about that?
