Why do all of my listings all have 0 views?
I haven't use eBay in a while, but I used to use it quite a bit. Every single time I listed something that would be viewed within the first hour or two. I have listed these items hours ago and there's not one view yet. Are they using some stupid algorithm crap like Facebook does now? If so, the whole website is useless.
eBay says to list more details but I have every detail that I have the answer for listed. Further, other books that are listed similarly have less info than mine. So that's not the reason. Something weird is up. Can somebody please help me or give me a tip/trick? Help?
Thanks!

Mentor3 years ago3 books with no views in a couple of hours on a summer Friday does not sound unusual to me.
This is about the slowest time of year, getting slower as we get further into summer. I looked at sold items for the 3 titles you have listed - they don’t look like hot sellers, so I’m not sure what you are expecting.
Did you include EAN and/or ISBN numbers? Those would be key item specifics to include. Not having those will certainly put you lower in search.

·3 years agoAre you using promoted views.
They've changed how views are counted.
Bot views are no longer counted, so they only count real people visiting now.
You've only got 3 listings and the chance of buyers finding them is fairly low.
Gotta do like the rest us, hang in there.
I've got listings that's been up for months with no views.

Mentor3 years ago"Hours ago", isn't even enough time to have them fully indexed into the search database.
