Why did my listing sell twice

I sold a item shipped it and a few days later someone ended up buying it again. How does this happen

You listed that item with a quantity of 2. I see 2 speakers in the photos. If you meant to ship both together, the quantity should have been 1. You will need to file a Cancellation with the reason Out of stock.
