Why did my item sell twice? What do I do?

I sold an item a few days ago and it shipped and was delivered, I just got a notification that it sold again??

You have the 31 skeins listed as a multiple item listing with "More than 10" items available and 2 sold. I suspect your messed up the listing and were trying to sell ONE lot of 31 skeins, and ended up listing 31 lots of 31. You need to ship to whoever pays first and cancel the other transaction for out of stock (you get a defect for this). Well, FIRST you need to end the listing NOW before someone else buys a non-existent lot
