Why did I reeve only $2 out of the $19.75 refund from the seller?
The seller offered to combine the shipping which he did. But I only got $2 from eBay out of the $19.75 which the seller refunded via eBay? Why should eBay keep $17.75?

Mentor4 months ago@flamengokid The seller is the one that chooses how much to refund on combined shipping, not eBay.
If combined shipping caused the box to be larger than 1 cubic foot then there is a surcharge that is based on the box dimensions which can be very high.
Bottom line, eBay can not force the seller to refund more of the shipping.

OP4 months agoBoth items were for single issues albeit one was slab. The seller said that he refunded the full $19.75 but it was eBay who sent $2 to me.
I have found the perfect excuse to avow future purchases from eBay.

Mentor4 months ago@flamengokid I am sorry but the seller is not telling the truth as that is not how partial refunds work. I know since I have been selling since 2003. Refunds come from the seller, not eBay.
