I have not received my item and have send messages to the seller - with no-replies. I have asked for a refund of my item. I received the Message stating that "Your purchase isn't covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee" Please help me understand this. I have had to have refunds before but never have I ever had a issue of not receiving my money. Thank You !
