Why did I get charged for return shipping if the buyer is responsible for that according to my sett?
Why did I get charged return shipping for a return on an item if my auctions state, Buyer pays return shipping?

If the buyer had a valid reason per the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, then you are responsible to provide the return shipping label.
