Why did eBay force me to use the auction? I cannot use "buy it now".
Why did eBay force me to use the auction? I cannot use "buy it now" for listing the items. I even turned the auction button off and it still comes back to force me to use the recommended auction. How to fix this problem? Thank you !

Mentor2 years agoFor new sellers, the default is the auction format, but can be changed to fixed price (Buy It Now). Fixed price is what I use for the majority of my listings, and once selected, that is what I see going forward.
