Why did eBay forbid me from selling oxygen cannulas
I posted some oxygen cannulas to sell but eBay took it off saying medical equipment is not allowed. So I disputed it and took snap shots of all the other people posting and selling same thing. But they still did not allow me to sell them. Why is that?

Mentor4 months agoOnce an item is removed, you are on the radar. Calling customer service will not change that. It is unadvisable to relist the item, as you could be suspended or worse. Much like speeding, not all are caught. Feel free to report the other listings.

Mentor4 months agoThe problem is that the bots that monitor listings do not know if a prescription is required or not for that particular item so they remove the listing to be safe. It would be up to you to prove to customer service that a prescription is not required before you can list the item. There are some things that are hard to list on eBay especially for a newer seller since some items can be listed if you have met certain requirements prior to listing the item.
You can contact customer service using this link and ask for a call back: eBay Customer Service Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time. Unfortunately you will still need to answer the AI bot questions in order to get help. eBay removed our way to get around the questions so you may need to ask for “Agent” several times before the system gets the message and lets you ask for the call back. Please be aware that there are several things that can prevent you from receiving the return call. Some phone service providers have spam filters that will block eBay calls. Also, this can happen if you are using a VOIP phone number from your Internet provider.
