Why did Ebay automatically approve a refund request
I have an order of 2 packs of hair curlers, unopened when sold, and just received an automatic refund approval because "they didn't like it". I do not accept opened Health and Beauty item returns and wasn't given a choice, like usual, to accept or deny the refund request.

Mentor3 weeks agoIf you have a no returns policy, and the buyer stated Didn't like it, that is considered buyer's remorse, and you CAN decline the return. I think ebay erred here.
