Why can't you get a phone number to call someone and talk to a real human?

I can't find anywhere a # to call and talk to a real human, Do you relize how frustrating it is for someone to use your web site when all you get it auto replys

I understand how you feel.

You can ask questions here and get an answer for many questions.

There is no incoming phone number for buyers or sellers. If you want a call back from eBay Customer Service, here is how to get a call:

Start at an article close to your question (you can look from here: https://www.ebay.com/help/home)

Scroll to the Bottom of the page similar to your question

1) Click "Contact Us" then:

In the CHAT WINDOW

2) Type "I need help"
3) Click "Selling" (or your topic)
4) Type "Agent" in the chat window
5) You may need to click "Something Else" or "More Options"
6) Click â€œHave Us Call Youâ€ (or "Chat with an Agent")

-- If you use a call filter on your phone, turn it off temporarily, or it might block the incoming call.
