Why cant the sellers change a address on a shipping label???
As of February a seller can no longer change the address or name on a label. Why? In doing this the only option a seller has is to ask the buyer to cancel there order. Which is stupid. When you ask a buyer to cancel there order you pretty much lost that order. Not Fair to sellers. I've had to change labels for the following reasons:
Customer moved
Customer is vacationing in another state
Customer is visiting relatives
Customer wanted this sent to there mother at a different address
Etc.
So please tell me why you took this away from the sellers.
And yes I always tell my customers i can do this change one time only. Or if they moved i tell them to fix it in the system ASAP.
Just tell me why?
Also, when a label is canceled you still can't change the zip code when you buy a new label. You could prior to February.
This is a real problem.

You must ship to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. This ensures your sellers protection in an item not received case. Cancelling the order (problem with address), relisting, and having the buyer correct the address has always been the correct way.
It is up to the BUYER to provide the correct address at checkout. They can see it at checkout and make their changes there.
