OP2 years agoNot helpful at all. seller could not understand why I could not make an offer. No-one called me back from eBay I am disappointed and think I will take a break from buying. I have spent thousands of dollars and this is the way I am treated. Wow what a bad business model.

Mentor2 years agoIf the seller requires a payment method in advance, eBay will attempt to place a reversible payment hold for the entire amount on that payment method. Not all payment methods allow that, so not all can be used for such offers.
