Why Can't I Talk To Live Person On the Phone?
What happened to that option where I could request a call? The AI bot is not helping a waste of time. I am very disappointed in eBay . Is everything going to be AI now? If so I am done with eBay. It is too frustrating.

1. CLICK THIS LINK:

2. Select a category that best matches your problem.
3. Answer the chat bots question by stating what you need help with.
4.Type AGENT ( you may have repeat steps 3 and 4)
5. Request a call back or live chat. (Note that the contact options vary depending on the topic and staffing availability)
Available Monday to Sunday 5:00 am to 09:30 pm PST
Or you can also contact customer service by sending a PRIVATE message on social media.

OP4 months agoThanks, I tried that but not the exact word Agent. The bot was relentless. Its is the sludge that is designed to make us just go away. My friend who is big on eBay is also frustrated that it is all run by AI now.
