Why can't I send offers on my items?
I have sold quite a few items on ebay, mostly baseball cards. I currently have 3 items for sale and none of them allow me to send offers to watchers. I always get offers from the items that I am watching and I'm wondering why I can't send offers?? The items have had watchers for over 5 days on a 7 day auction. I tried calling ebay and they said that they would look into it. Over a week since then and still no help. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Mentor1 year agoIn order to send offers you must have eligible users that have added an item to a watch list, added an item to a cart or viewed an item (either more than once or for a long enough period).
Not all users opt to receive offers; if you have already sent offers or if users have opted out of receiving offers, you will not be able to send offers to those users.
