Why can't I revise a listing?
I click revise item and go to the listing and I can't add any new information or upload more pictures.

I click revise item and go to the listing and I can't add any new information or upload more pictures.

-If there are less than 12 hours remaining in the current listing cycle you cannot make changes
-Auctions with bids cannot be changed
-Buy it now listings with outstanding offers cannot be changed
-If someone asks for more pictures you can send them as attachments to the Buyer's message when you Reply

OP3 years agoThank you! For some reason, I couldn’t find an attachment link to the buyer’s message when using my iPhone. I was finally able to send pictures using my desktop. I did send an offer to the buyer which explains why I couldn’t revise.

Mentor3 years ago@sue1958465m Exactly ... the app has limitations as you have found. It's good for some things but not everything ... unfortunately.

Mentor3 years agoYou may not be able to revise an auction if it has a bid, or a buy-it-now listing if there is an outstanding offer.
