Why can’t I report an incompetent seller?
Why can’t I report a seller for being incompetent? All I did inquire about the price of an item, and they blocked me for an unspecified reason! They had no right to block me all because of one question!

Mentor5 months agoSorry this happened but eBay allows sellers to block anyone they want for any reason they want. There is nothing to report to eBay as this blocking is allowed. Sellers blocking users does not make them incompetent just cautious. Something about your question caused them to think you may end up being a problem buyer so they prevented a purchase. All you can do is to find another seller of the item.

OP5 months agoBut after blocking me, they went ahead and cancelled an order that I had placed minutes earlier! THAT was incompetent! Not to mention rude!

Mentor5 months agoYou did not mention that you had already purchased the item. Any questions about price should be handled prior to purchasing the item.
