Why can't I rate people today?

When I try to send a rating today it does not allow me to do anything. The bar lights up for a good rating but it does not let me type anything or post it.

I have seen some similar complaints by sellers having problems leaving feedback today.

What browser are you using? Is it the latest version?

Any difference if you use another browser?

What page are you starting from?
