Why can't I purchase my store subscription

Question

Hi all:I am new. I am trying to purchase my store subscription, but the screen where I select tells me I don't have a payment option on file. I have already uploaded my credit card info into checkout. When I select add payment, there is nothing to select about checking acct, etc. Any ideas?Thanks

I believe you need to have had at least one active listing to start a store subscription.
