Why can’t I get my package that I haven’t received since June resolved
I still have not received my order yet since June 15 2026 what can I do i’ve contacted the merchant Fedex and Ebay. I can’t get this resolved.

To get a refund through eBay you have to file a claim that you have not received your package no later than 30 days past the original estimated delivery date. If you are outside that date window then you will need to pursue a dispute with your funding source.
You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the latest estimated delivery date: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy

As mentioned in my first reply, you only have 30 DAYS from the original estimated delivery date to do anything within eBay. After that you have to pursue a dispute with your funding source.
