Why can't I get a negative feedback removed when buyer is making a false claim? Disappointed
As a seller I don't feel protected or valued over 20 years nothing has been resolved. Buyer making a false claim.

Not all negatives will be removed, especially if they aren't breaking any rules of posting feedback:
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-policies/feedback-policies?id=4208
https://www.ebay.com/help/buying/leaving-feedback-sellers/handling-feedback-disputes?id=4030
https://www.ebay.com/help/policies/selling-policies/seller-performance-policy/seller-performance-defect-removal-policy?id=4352
If their feedback doesn't break any of the policies, it may not be removed.
As a suggestion, when replying to a negative feedback, try to keep your reply to the facts regarding the transaction. State in it whether you offered the buyer a return or refund, things like this. Keep emotion out of the reply and keep it professional. How you reply to a negative feedback says more about you than the person leaving it.
