Why cant I file a non payment claim anymore ?
Buyers get away with way to much. I have a guy that won the auction and wont respond or pay so i tried to file a non paid claim and that option no longer exists. I am so sick of Ebay screwing sellings more and more as the years go by. There is no support and the fee the crap out of us. Thats why everybody calls them Feebay !

Mentor2 years agoeBay changed the process a bit to make it better for sellers.
After four days without payment, you can cancel the sale for nonpayment to give the buyer a nonpayment strike. This is actually faster than the old process, which took six days in total.
The only difference is that now if you send a new invoice, the buyer gets four days from the time the new invoice is sent. Unless you are changing the shipping or combining shipments, you should not need to send a new invoice at all.
