Why cant i contact ebay
I have an item that's available for payouts. The funds are missing its not listed anywhere and ebay wont let ne contact them because I cant find out how to actually talk to a peraon

You may be better off asking your question here to get suggestions from experienced users.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant to request a call back by starting on the Help & Contact page and following the links for your issue.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

OP1 year agoI'm sick of that goddamn chatbot. It says click here to talk to an agent but I can't find the right set of breadcrumbs to get to a person. I'm in a place where I can't make a call but every time I check the seller hub, I get a different story but none of those involves me getting paid for items shipped and delivered.
I'm sick of this useless string recognition and pattern matching masquerading as AI. If the answer to my question was in the help, I wouldn't be here. If I wanted another help page, i wouldn't be asking to talk to an agent. The now $0.09 in my account ain't getting bigger for an item received 4 days ago.
If you could talk to an agent, there'd be a link that says 'talk to an agent' not 'talk to this useless machine for hours while ebay hangs on to your money as long as possible'. Buyer is out the funds but has what they bought, I'm out the funds and my product, and eBay sits back laughing while my money is being traded as commercial paper.
