Why can't I access my on file credit cards?

I can no longer choose my on file credit cards as an option nor can I make any changes in the payment profile. What is going on?

You must be signed in & even if you are, it will have you confirm your password. Then go to Account Settings in your upper left corner , wher it says Hi Yourname & then click on Payments. Here's the URL.

@kq2076 If you do not see your credit cards when checking out, try manually erasing just your eBay cookies. Then sign back in to your eBay account and try checking out again.
