Why can the seller chose to just not accept my return.

I bought some carbon handlebars for my bike, and they arrived scratched up. I requested a return because I no longer wanted the site, and my return was closed. Ebay says I cant do anything about it and that I just have to keep it. What can I do?

There is nothing you can do through eBay since you used a Buyers Remorse reason for the return. Sellers can deny a buyers remorse return. Since you can only open one case or request per item you can no longer get any help from eBay.

You can try going to your payment source for a charge back but will probably need to return the item at your expense to get a refund.
