Why can sellers refund your payment when you win?
Coin sellers keep refunding payments when they don't get the price they want. I thought it was a binding contract

Mentor2 years agoIf those sellers are cancelling for any reason other than "out of stock" or "lost or broken", you can report them for using an inappropriate cancellation reason.
