I don't think this is possible. Moreover, looking at your feedback, you have no recent feedback either that indicate you had any transactions lately.
That doesn't mean that something isn't amiss. Does your account that you posted with here have any recent orders listed on this page:
https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/purchase
If not, then check any other accounts you may have for recent purchases. If you have no recent purchases, then how do you know you are getting billed and shipped items through your account?

Sellers do not "bill" buyers.
Buyers pay for their Ebay purchases either by going through the checkout page after they make a purchase or their purchase is automatically paid for by their payment source on file with Ebay when they make an offer or do the Buy It Now.
