why can i speak to someone in the United States BUT Ebay send Me to the Philippines then they hang
Why Ebay has all these kinds of texts you have go thru. then you call EBAYS customer service to find out it's in the Philippines Not some one in the USA can help . then you explain about you problem but then the call get cut off and call is not answered when you call back YOU EBAY are going to lose customers doing business that way
