I need to get in contact with a person to help resolve my problems, as the stupid automated responses do not have the thing I need help with...

You can ask questions right here to get an answer for many questions. Just reply with the question or start a new topic with specific title.
eBay doesn't have an incoming phone line for either buyers or sellers. However, you can have eBay call you, here

1) We are real people right here who may be able to guide you. You have to tell us what's happening.

2) Have eBay call you, here
