Why can I not get paid
I’m trying to figure out how to get paid items have been sold ship and delivered and payments are still on hold. Why also, how long does the shipping label refunds? Take

You have 28 days to cancel an unused USPS, FedEx, or UPS label purchased on eBay. It can take up to 21 days for the carrier to approve or reject the refund. If approved, funds will be credited to your original funding source.
