Make sure you are not following any ebay.com links or using any ebay.com bookmarks. Be careful not to use an ebay.com listing to "sell similar". If you use your browser's autocomplete feature to enter page addresses, clear your recent browser history to prevent it from suggesting ebay.com pages you have recently visited.
You should be able to request a call bank in the UK starting from the UK Help page and using the chat assistant. What options you see may depend on the issue you are having.
